Should inspectors provide evidence to drivers?

Traffic police officers are now increasingly recording traffic violations using video recordings, but drivers often require video as proof of the violation.

Many believe that the lack of video recording may be grounds for canceling the fine. Experts clarify that according to the law, drivers have the right to familiarize themselves with the case materials and provide their explanations and evidence, but the law does not require police officers to provide video recordings.

Providing the video is not obligatory, but may help resolve disputes.
