As a result of the decision of the State Duma Council to provide deputies with domestic cars, the first domestic cars arrived in the State Duma garage, the Chairman of the State Duma announced Vyacheslav Volodin.

According to him, the first cars that will be used by deputies are Lada Vesta, and they will begin to be used from the new year.

Vyacheslav Volodin emphasized that the replacement of foreign cars with domestic ones is carried out gradually, as foreign cars break down. He also recalled the decision to assign to each deputy of the constituency a car of domestic manufacturers, such as Moskvich, Lada and Aurus, reports Parlamentskaya Gazeta.

The Chairman of the State Duma expressed confidence in the active development of the Russian automobile industry with the support of the state. As part of this decision, he emphasized the importance of starting to use Russian cars by government officials, which helps support and develop the domestic automotive industry.
