Surprise your loved ones – serve a light aspic of chicken fillet with tomatoes

We offer you an original way of serving a jellied dish, in which we use as “vessels” and one of the main ingredients tomatoes. If you want to add variety, you can replace the chicken fillet with turkey fillet.

From the indicated ingredients, according to the recipe from the site “SAY7.INFO”, you will get approximately 6-7 servings.

For cooking you will need:

– 1 kg of tomatoes (6-7 pieces),

– 200 g chicken fillet (or turkey fillet),

– 150 g carrots,

– 150 g onion,

– 20 g gelatin,

– salt,

– pepper.

Here how to cook this dish:

  1. Cut the onion into 4 parts and cut the carrots into large pieces.
  2. Place the fillets, onions and carrots in the pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook the chicken (or turkey) fillet until cooked through, about 20 minutes after boiling.
  3. Soak the gelatin in 150 ml of cold boiled water and leave on the package for the specified time.
  4. Finely chop the cooked fillet.
  5. Strain the broth (you will need about 1 cup). Add gelatin and bring to a boil, but do not boil. Then cool.
  6. Wash the tomatoes, cut off the tops and carefully remove the pulp using a teaspoon.
  7. Fill the tomatoes with ground chicken or turkey.
  8. Pour the prepared filling over the tomatoes and place them in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.

Now the prepared jellied tomatoes are ready to serve. Bon appetit!
