A total of 11 people were detained, including four terrorists directly involved in the attack. The latter were detained in the Bryansk region several hours apart. IN Ministry of Internal Affairs Russia clarified that the four suspects in the terrorist attack are foreign citizens. The four accused of the terrorist attack were placed under arrest for 1 month and 28 days, until May 22. The hearings in the Basmanny Court of Moscow took place on the evening of March 24.
