At the end of January this year, the weighted average price per square meter of new business class buildings in Moscow amounted to 454.5 thousand rubles (+7.4% per year): apartments – 468.8 thousand rubles (+7.4% per year) and apartments – 367.8 thousand rubles (+5% per year), Pravda tells readers. • In business class, the leader in the growth of apartment prices over the year was the Academichesky district, in which the price of a “square” increased by 44% and amounted to 685.5 thousand rubles.
• In second place in terms of growth is the Krasnoselsky district, where a meter rose in price by 37.9% – to 582.7 thousand rubles.
• In third place is the Kotlovka district – an increase of 27.2% – up to 520.2 thousand rubles.
• The fourth position is occupied by Ochakovo-Matveevskoye, in which the weighted average cost of a meter increased by 24.3% and amounted to 443.1 thousand rubles.
• Nagatino-Sadovniki closes the top five districts in terms of price growth per meter. Here the increase was 24.1% – up to 497.6 thousand rubles.

The weighted average cost per square meter of business class apartments increased significantly in the Pechatniki (+23.5% per year), Savelovsky (+22% per year), Yaroslavsky (+21.7% per year), Rostokino (+20.1%) districts and Maryina Roshcha (+19.3% per year).

The rise in prices in these areas is associated with the demand for projects that are presented in these locations. In some of them, 1-2 projects are being implemented. At the same time, they are able to accumulate demand and lead to price increases above the market as a whole, the expert notes.
