In addition to routine thanks to the American authorities and personally to Joe Biden for supporting Ukraine, its leader noted “progress in establishing control over the Black Sea”, achieved with the active help of Western partners, which made it possible to organize the export of grain from the ports of Independence, despite the failed grain deal.

“This allows Ukraine to remain a guarantor of global food security,” Zelensky emphasized.

He also informed his American partners about the situation at the front, the strategic goals and needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
