Scooter driver detained for attempting to set fire to military registration and enlistment office

In Rostov-on-Don, security forces detained a young scooter driver who allegedly tried to set fire to a military registration and enlistment office. A video of the arrest has appeared on the Internet, and it is suggested that the young man may have acted on instructions from Ukrainian sources. According to available data, bottles with an unknown liquid were found in his possession, which he intended to throw out the windows of the military registration and enlistment office. During detention a note was found in his backpack asking him to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
